| APPLE PIE BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
|
- Place oven rack at the lowest position in oven and place baking sheet on rack. (Use black cookie sheet
for optimal performance.)
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Remove pie crust, sweetening mixture, crumble topping and fruit from freezer.
- Empty bag of fruit into a microwaveable bowl.
- Add sweetening mixture* to fruit and mix well.
- Microwave fruit mixture for 3 minutes.
- Carefully stir fruit mixture and microwave for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Remove pie crust from plastic, pour fruit mixture evenly into crust and top with crumble topping.
Be sure to break large crumbles into smaller pieces.
- Reduce oven temperature to 400°F.
- Carefully place pie on the pre-heated baking sheet.
- Bake pie for 30-35 minutes or until crust and crumble are golden brown. Ovens may vary, so baking time or
temperature may need to be adjusted.
- Carefully remove from oven and let cool for 30-45 minutes.
- Cut, serve and enjoy!

* Apple pie sweetening mixture contains cinnamon, and its color should be light brown.
Sweetening mixture for Blueberry and Cherry pies does not contain cinnamon and should be white.
