1. Crust/Bread
- unopened crust/bread should be stored in the refrigerator and if not used within the first 7 days, should be stored in the freezer for no longer than 60 days. Frozen crust/bread may be thawed at room temperature in about 30 minutes. Curst/bread
should be thawed prior to
baking.
2. Sauce - unopened sauce may be stored at room temperature, in the refrigerator or freezer for up to 120 days. Frozen sauce may be thawed at room temperature in about 30
minutes (4.25 oz) and 15 minutes
(1.5 oz).
3. Pepperoni - unopened pepperoni may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 30 days or stored in the freezer for up to 120 days. Frozen pepperoni may be thawed at room temperature in about 30 minutes.
4. Italian Sausage - unopened sausage may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 30 days or stored in the freezer for up to 120 days. Frozen sausage may be thawed at room temperature in about 30 minutes.
5. Pizza Cheese - unopened pizza cheese may be stored in the refrigerator for approximately
14 days or up to 60 days in the
freezer. Frozen cheese may be thawed in the refrigerator in about 3 hours. Frozen cheese must be used within 10 days of defrosting. Please note, any time a cheese is frozen it may lose some of its quality. However, this cheese will freeze as well as, or better, than most.
6. Garlic Buttery Sauce, Buttery Sauce
- unopened garlic buttery sauce should be stored in the refrigerator
or freezer for up to 120 days.
Frozen sauce may be thawed at
room temperature in about 10
minutes.
7. Seasoning Mix, Parmesan Cheese
- unopened each may be stored at room temperature, in the refrigerator or in the freezer for up to 90 days. If frozen, thaw at room temperature in about 15 minutes.
8. Cinnamon/Sugar Mix - should be stored in a cool dry place to prevent
clumping.
9. Chocolate
Chunk Cookie Dough -
unopened cookie dough may be
stored in the refrigerator for
up to 30 days or 4 months in the
freezer. Cookie dough should be
thawed in the refrigerator for
24-28 hours before using. Cookie
dough may be thawed in the
refrigerator an unused portion
re-frozen. Do not microwave
unbaked dough.
10. Gourmet Spices - should
be stored in a cool dry place
away from direct heat, light,
and moisture to prevent the loss
of flavor and color.
